Horizons Tank

I love making anything out of cotton yarn!
The Horizons Tank was an idea I had since the beginning of the year...I saw this colour combo on a pillow at a home decor store - fell in love with it!

I couldn't resist using Sugarbush Cabot, its the perfect mix
of 70% pima cotton and 30% linen.

It made this tank so light weight and airy...perfect for the Spring/Summer.

Ready?
Let's make The Horizons Tank!

Notes before you begin:
-the amount of ribbing you complete is how wide each panel will be, I made a size small
-complete more rows in the ribbing for a larger size, and less rows in the ribbing for a smaller size (width)
-it's important to make sure you are working with an EVEN number of stitches (ideally: a multiple of 4)
-you can chose to carry yarn throughout the pattern, or drop and pick up colours as you go
-each panel: 15" width x 18" length
-this tank is made up of 2 panels: front and back, seamed at the sides (leaving armholes) and at the shoulders.
-I used 3 skeins of Sugarbush Cabot (1 for each colour)

VIDEO TUTORIAL:
Here is a video tutorial I made, that shows how I dropped and picked up colours, click HERE
