Now to introduce my design: The Coconut Cupcake Cover up

When you’re headed out on a warm day, you’ll want a staple piece that will work with multiple outfits.  The Coconut Cupcake Cover Up is just that. It’s perfect with jeans and a tank top, over a bathing suit, or with your favorite jumper. Don’t worry about those drop stitches, the pattern is a simple 4 row repeat throughout. Designed with the beginner in mind, this pattern will work up quicker than you think.

  • This pattern is made up of one back panel and two front panels.

  • Chain 2 at the beginning of each row does NOT count as a stitch.

  • The length of the panels can be adjusted to create a shorter or longer Cover Up if that is preferred.

  • Once the panels are complete, they are seamed together at the sides and top of shoulders using a whip stitch, leaving gaps for armholes.

  • There is no wrong/right side to the panels.
