I love Christmas.

And I love non-traditional colours in Christmas decor.

Pink and Gold.

I wanted to add a colour to my Christmas decor.

I wanted it to feel warm and almost tropical.

I used Mighty Stitch from WeCrochet...you can choose between 32 colours!!!

Your options are endless.

This Pom Pom tree is so easy to make!

Just make a ton of pom poms, in all different sizes (or the same size, up to you).

And glue gun them to the cone.

I've added photo and video tutorials on how to use a pom pom maker below.

Supplies:

Sharp Scissors

Pom Pom maker (small and large size)

Glue Gun

Foam Cone (I used size: 4.9" x 17.8")

Step 1: Make your poms poms.

Here is what different sizes will look like:

Step 2: Glue all your pom poms to your cone.

There is a trick to gluing them to the cone.

You need to flatten one section of each pom pom and press firmly for a few seconds.

I noticed if I didn't flatten a section, it wouldn't stick to the cone very well.

You can add as many pom poms that will fill the cone, in all different sizes, in any colours you'd like.

I loved making this and will keep it out every holiday season.

I'd love to see yours!
